果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效观察(1)

     [摘要]目的：观察果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将80例中重度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组：40例，给予果酸和盐酸米诺环素联合治疗；对照组：40例，给予单纯盐酸米诺环素口服治疗。果酸治疗间隔时间为2周，5次为1个疗程；盐酸米诺环素口服100mg，1次/d，共口服治疗20d。治疗后1月、3月、6月进行随访，记录疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗后1月、3月、6月治疗组有效率依次为60%、85%、90%，对照组有效率依次为37.5%、49.5%、57.5%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者瘢痕及色素沉着的有效率及患者皮肤自我评价的改善情况均高于对照组。结论：果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮效果良好，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
